Продлён от Ильинской площади до ТЦ «Мой Новый» в 2012 году.

Продлён от улицы Топольчанской до 6 микрорайона с мая 2018 года.

В сторону Ильинской 53-й едет по Московской, обратно - по Кутякова.

Кстати, теперь конечная у 53-го не Ильинская площадь, а тк "Риал" (заводской район).
